The Story Behind The Kitchen Capsule
One day I was looking at a capsule wardrobe ad on Instagram — the idea of having a few pieces that all work together, so you don’t have to overthink what to wear.
And I remember thinking… this is exactly what I’ve created with food for myself.
Because one of the biggest challenges I see — and have experienced myself — isn’t knowing what to eat. It’s figuring out how to make it happen consistently.
As a doctor working with midlife women, I know how important protein, fibre, and an energy efficient diet are to maintaining our muscles AND a healthy weight. But without a simple system, it can become overwhelming.
So, I created The Kitchen Capsule — a way to make eating well easier, more consistent, and far less mentally exhausting.
