The Midlife Reset Program – Service Agreement

By joining the Midlife Reset Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

Your subscription begins when you enrol and is billed monthly for 3 months. At the end of this initial commitment, you’ll have the option to continue in the same or a different capacity.

2. What’s Included

Depending on your selected tier, your program may include fitness programming, group coaching calls, nutrition logbook reviews, access to the Opt to Thrive Vault, and/or community support.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Opt to Thrive maintains a no-refunds policy.
Cancellations are not permitted during the agreed 3-month commitment period.

4. Personal Use

All program materials and resources are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

5. Health Disclaimer

This program provides general coaching and educational information only. It does not constitute medical advice. Please consult your GP or healthcare provider for individual health concerns or treatment decisions.

6. Respectful Community

All members are expected to contribute to a supportive and respectful environment during coaching sessions and in all online spaces. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

Tier 2 – Nutrition & Coaching Reset

$297 per month (3-month commitment)

For the woman who already has her own exercise plan or PT but wants expert guidance with nutrition, mindset, and accountability.

Includes:

  • Weekly group coaching sessions

  • Personalised nutrition feedback 

  • Full access to the Education Vault and resource library

  • Private WhatsApp & Facebook community for ongoing motivation and support

  • Evidence-based guidance to optimise energy, strength, and body composition

  • Accountability and structure without the exercise programming component
