After years of watching patients (and myself) struggle with confusing advice, yo-yo dieting, and the overwhelming changes of midlife, I knew there had to be a better way. So, I combined my medical expertise with coaching, evidence-based nutrition, and a deep understanding of the midlife transition to create something different — sustainable strategies that work with your body, not against it. I am passionate about educating, inspiring, empowering and supporting midlife women to live their healthiest, strongest, most confident lives possible.
