Rita's Raspberry Oat Muffins

Ingredient List:

1 Banana

1cup of milk

1 egg

2 egg whites

100g Greek Yogurt

40g Phsylium Husk

70g Protein Powder (no flavour)

0.5 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Maple syrup (optional)

.5 cup oats

.5 cup All Bran

120g fresh or frozen raspberries


Directions: Preheat oven 180-200. Prepare large 6 muffin tray. Blend- Banana, milk, egg, egg whites, yogurt, phsylium husk, protein powder, baking powder and maple syrup. Stir in oats and all bran. Pour evenly into 6 prepared muffin trays. Press in raspberries, evenly distribute. Bake 25-30 minutes- check center with toothpick
