(Leftover) Salmon & Mango Salad with Wasabi Dressing

140g Salmon Skin Off

1/4 C Mango (fresh or frozen)

2 C Mixed salad leaves

1/4 Avocado

Cherry tomatoes, red onion to taste

Dressing:

2 tbsp Light mayo

1 tspn (more or less to taste) Wasabi

a splash of water to make a thin dressing consistency

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and top with Wasabi dressing.
