Jenni's Protein Bagels

250g Lauke protein bread flour 450g cottage cheese (I used one from Aldi) Or High Protein Yogurt 20g baking powder Salt to taste Egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 TB water) Bagel seasoning |
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cottage cheese (or yogurt) until dough forms. Shape into bagels. Brush with eggsash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning. Bake 180 for 25-30 minutes. |
